This is a very very rare pair of weld P9 racing wheels. They are so rare they're very hard to find any information on they resemble the fruit style Porsche Wheels. The lug pattern is 5x4 and 3/4 or 5x120 will fit on Chevrolet/ BMW Buick Pontiac. Very cool old school racing wheel very well made design, and very sought after.
