This mounts where the license plate would normally go between the tail lights. You will have to relocate your license plate. Let me start off by saying I am not familiar with the 200sx. I have a couple early 510s bythe 200sx was newer than I am into. From my research, This is a RARE NOS NEVER INSTALLED rear decor panel for the 1984-1989 third gen cars. I have a second gen as well.
