Vintage Red Metal Flake Metallic Red Sparkle approx 11inch steering wheel Ratrod Hotrod approx 3 1/2 inch deep dish, As you can see in photos the chrome has rust spots, it might clean up with muratic acid, I have not tried, this was mounted on a 1960's Chevy Van Shaggin' Waggin' / hippie van, it needs a good cleaning and polishing on the sparkle rim, not too bad shape for a 50 year old steering wheel. many auto part stores / speed shops still carry horn kits and mounting kits.
