Here we have a black 1968 Mercury Cougar steering wheel top pad cap that came on all non-XR7 68 Mercury Cougar models. The part number on the backside is C8AA-3D754-A. This is a used original part in excellent condition that has been cosmetically restored and is suitable for a car in any condition.
