Please read everything about the turn signal plug size. This is a 4-speed manual tilt column conversion, the 73-78's automatic and manuals use the same exact outer tube. The only difference that is noticeable is in picture 8 of the lower bearing. Just to the left of the bearing there is the extra ring on the inner tube, a true factory 4 speed does not have that ring.
