looks to be a 1969 mustang rear spoiler with rivetted perch attachment and bolts with correct making on bolts to attach instead of studs and spacers missing one of the spacers doesn't appear to have much bow in middle came out of 30+ year storage please look at pictures and ask questions i couldn't find anything on internet but article talking about the labeling on head on bolts being very hard to find and correct will need painted as it looks like it was painted with a rattle can...
