I am not a kart expert, but I can ship items across the country in good condition. This is final sale, no return listing and I am willing to correct or clarify anything before the sale. From my research this is Italian made classic kart engine with clutch, ignition and 10 degree slide mounting plate. Only parts you can see will be included.
