This auction is for a 1966 Triumph TR6R Trophy which I have owned since 1995 and had on display in a climate controlled office since 1998. I spent my career in the motorcycle industry, and located this bike for a close friend who was a franchised Honda and Kawasaki dealer in the early '90s. He wanted this specific model as it was the first year with the new "eyebrow" tank badges and 12 volt electrics; he preferred the single carb rather than the somewhat finicky dual carb setup of the Bonneville...
