These are new PVM cush drive bushings for the race style cush drive. These differ from the standard cush drive bushing as the rubber is bonded onto the head of the threaded sprocket bolt. This style is usually found on PVM's race cush drive and occasionally on some of the other OEM versions. It is recommended that cush drive bushings be replaced at the end of a race season.
