Up for sale is a vintage side mount tire lock by Ferro. There is no key. The threaded bolt / stud is also missing. -Stamped on the lock cover is: THE FERRO MACHINE & FOUNDRY CO. CLEVELAND O. PATS. PEND. -Stamped on the underside is what looks like: C 1251. Stamped on the lock is: 656. Application: I believe this is a universal accessory. Please do your own research.
