Vespa of California License Plate Frame - 2001 - New Old Stock Primavera GTS GTV. A limited batch of these were produced in 2001, as part of the Vespa "re-launch" into North America. They often show up rusty and corroded, as they are 20 years old, now. This one was never used, never attached to a bike, and is in PRISTINE MINT condition. No excuses... it is BRAND NEW Old Store Stock. Perfect chrome with light mint green background paint. Only a few left....
