This is from an Estate. Don't know when it was made.Really nice condition. VESTA made in Chicago. Approximately 6" across.About 9" high from base to top. Front to back about 6".Mounting Bracket about 4" long x 1" wide.Very heavy ,well made.Looks like brass underneath the paint as you can see in pictures some has come off in the back.
