Up for sale is a pair of rare license plate frames from Bob Carstens Chevrolet that was in Riverdale, California. Both frames are in used condition. The chrome has shine but has pitting and paint loss as pictured .The frames are marked Robert W Brown on the back .Hard to find frames as this dealer has been gone for a long time.
