Neat vintage HOT CARS by IMP brochure. These were sold via "packets" back in the late 1990s, before the internet put this information at your fingertips. Very Good Condition, but not perfect mint condition. It is a single piece of paper folded once. The portion with the single large picture is the front page, with holes for a bind on the left.
