O.K... Please read the entire description... This is a real vintage license plate cover, made of (I believe) cast metal, but I'm not positive, it had black paint on it but since has been faded or removed and would probably be very cool if someone knew how to detail it... The front frame has 2 bears on each top side holding the Los Angeles sign and sea shells on each 4 corners....It's a little hard to read the company/brand name in the photos but it says' " Golden Gate Pass Mfg.
