This is a brand new valley pan cover gasket set for 264 and 322 cubic inch Buick Nailhead Engines (1953 - 1956). This is also the correct gasket for 1956 - 1959 Chevrolet Truck 322 Engines. This is a BEST brand gasket. This is a nice gasket. This valley pan gasket may either be made from the grey or brown material (both are of equal quality).
