I recently acquired a 1969 427 high performance engine from a man who had owned it since the early 1970's. He had it in a 1969 Camaro and raced it at the Fremont Drag Strip here in the San Francisco Bay Area. The engine was rebuilt in the mid 70's and was bored .030 over.
