These upper control arms have been modified back in the late 1970's by a professional in Baltimore, Maryland. They are modified to provide 1" additional roll out in the staging beams. The modifications have moved the left front wheel back 1/2 inch and moves the right front forward 1/2 inch. At the time, this change in the wheelbase was legal in stock and super stock classes as the rules allowed for a variation of 1" from factory specifications.
