You are looking at the console top from a 64 Dodge Polara, pt# 2490614. This lower top piece has the correct hole for 4 speed and the mounting for the automatic shifter. Appears to be correct for both. Correct for 1964 to 65 Dodge B & C body (Polara, 330, 440, Monaco) or Plymouth (Belvedere, Satellite, Savoy, Fury).
