This is a "vented" base plate for a Holley 94 four bolt carburetor, it is an ideal engine vacuum source, good for running an engine crank case breather hose, or for allowing use of a "plate type" NOS system for more horse power. I'm not the NOS expert around this farm, but I'm thinking buyer could run a wet NOS system instead of the dry system since this plate has two ports ??? This piece includes two new gaskets....
