1970 Becker Europa Fully functional with one issue. The on/off switch requires toggling to turn on. It always will turn on, but you have to rock it back towards off to get it to turn on. You may have to do this a couple of times, but it will always turn on. Cosmetically very nice. The weak point cosmetically is the dial scale which has had some coating loss on the reverse side that someone filled in black. It looks nice but not perfect.
