Brake rotor appears to be in new condition and should be fully functional, but is not in its factory plastic wrap and I have no way of verifying functionality. Rotor has been inspected and still has its factory crisscross hatching indicating it has not been used, but the hub has a few scratches and some surface oxidation. Rotor has no scratches, but has surface oxidation. For these reasons, it is being sold "for parts or not working". Part does not have any cracks or dents. Box will be damaged. ...
