This is a repair service for 2018+ Porsche lithium ion batteries. If the voltage has dipped low the control module inside the battery will open the relay and not allow recharging. If you put a multimeter across the battery terminals you will find 0volts present. A new replacement battery is $1800+ plus labor costs and usually not in stock as well.
